“In the middle of COVID, Essential Data consultants developed the training courses we needed to teach CDC managers how to effectively oversee their teams in a remote work environment. The instructional designers walked the talk as we collaborated with them via Zoom to convey requirements and fine-tune the materials. This project also included training modules for basic Microsoft Office Suite applications, which we continue to use as part of our new employee onboarding process.”
